Meeting was called to order by Past President Jeff Frese at 7:01. Sign the Attendance Roster, please.

SPRING 2007 MEETING MINUTES were presented. Motion by Paul Schuetz and second by Bill Yeisley to approve the minutes as written. Motion Carried.

THE FINANCIAL REPORT was presented by Chris Heidelbauer for Pinky Primrose. Majority of expenses during the reporting period were related to the Annual Banquet last Spring. The association is in good financial condition. Questions about any day‑to‑day financial details can be discussed with any officer. Motion carried to approve financial report as presented.

OFFICER AND COMMITTEE REPORTS.

Jeff Frese reported on the Executive Commitee meeting held October 23. The executive commitee was approached regarding the idea of sponsorring FB and BB clinics in concert with the IHSAA. A committee will be in contact with Roger Barr in Boone to further consider this opportunity.

Chris Heidelbauer reviwed the highlights of the Fall Newsletter on behalf of Pinky Primrose. Recognition was made of CRAOA longevity awards and of the record number of CRAOA members working the football playoffs. The Annual Banquet is planned for April 17, 2008.

COMMUNICATIONS. A request for Honorary Membership was received from Dave Brousard. After discussion regarding the meaning of Honorary membership, a motion was made by Bill Utterback and seconded by Don Haugen to grant this request. Motion Carried.

OLD BUSINESS. No Old Business was conducted.

NEW BUSINESS.

Jeff Frese shared the Executive Committee's nomination of Rob Noble for as the new Football Vice President. No other nominations were made. Motion by Mike Mitchell and second by Bill Utterback to close nominations and select Rob Noble. Motion Carried.

Bill Yeisley presented the following recommendations for membership status:
